1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
  • The issue is reported within 4 days of delivery
  • You provide clear photos of the issue for verification

⚠️ Please note:
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to the size chart carefully)
  • Change of mind or style preference

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or request a replacement:

  • Email us at support@lavyas.com within 2 days of receiving your order
  • Include the following:
  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos showing the issue
  3. A short description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.

3. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

4. Return or Replacement Process

  • If a return is needed, we’ll share the return address and instructions
  • If approved for a refund, please allow 14–20 business days for processing after the item is received and inspected

📌 Do not return any items without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

5. Restrictions on Your Account

To protect all our customers and our brand from misuse, we reserve the right to limit or restrict future purchases, refund eligibility, or access to return services in the event of:

  • Repeated refund/return requests
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Suspicious activity

6. Can I Exchange Instead of a Refund?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • Follow the return steps above (if eligible)
  • Place a new order separately for the correct item
